    【Motivation UP】
    Suosudai!

I’m sending you from 123 Street, Phnom Penh, the capital city of Cambodia.
I’m Mukaida who is managing the design work, yakitori and wine shop as the MAGNETGROUP chapter representative and managing the share office for Japanese companies.

Today I had a meeting with Tan Phong at one of cafe which there are plenty in Phnom Penh “Brown Coffee”.
I say again and again but he is 21 years old. (Left side)

He is my right hand who is already sharing the longest time with me in Cambodia.
We talked about current and future.

Currently he is a manager of 123 street, but he is thinking about many things everyday by himself.
And he has a lot of problems.
It seems his hands full in front of his eyes.

So… What do we want to be in the future!
We talked passionately about what kind of life we want to be spend, then we shared our future vision, and How should we Step Up to achieve to that.

And,It’s important whether we can believe the people or not.
Future can be change if we could meet people who can believe and follow.
I told him that ability to discern is also very important, why don’t you act with consciousness it from now on.

But sometime happen cruel things for work.
It’s our choice whether to get over it or get off.

We look like this but pretty tough!

We probably can’t say nothing  neither nasty thing nor a painful thing!
No, I tell you there is!
It is not easy to get to the future vision!

    Understand?

The past can not be changed, but the future can be change.

It was not a coincidence, We have brought together for a reason!
    Phnom Penh is interesting.
    We haven’t fit gear yet.
    There are many possibilities.
    Let’s work hard together!

Tomorrow than today, the day after tomorrow than tomorrow.
    See YOU
